Hi Joyce, This is the first chance I've had to send a thank you! It arrived a couple days ago, in perfect condition (excellent packing!)! I haven't even had a chance to use it yet, but it's all unpacked and sitting on the dining room table. I'm looking forward to playing with it this evening. I've also received the tips sheet, thank you! Thank you for the opportunity to purchase such a special machine from you, this is much better than ebay!

Hi Joyce,
My machine arrived safely yesterday. The packing was unbelievable. So well
done. UPS could have tossed that box around from California to Massachusetts
and it would have survived without a scratch.
The machine is over and above what I had hoped for. Everything looks brand
new--the cord, the attachments, the instruction booklet, and of course, the
machine itself. It just hums along beautifully. I love it!
